I bring warmth, compassion and a touch of humour to my counselling sessions, meeting people where they are at, without judgement.
There is a growing body of evidence and research which shows there are many benefits to humans spending time in nature, whether intentional via educational or therapeutic settings or unintentional, for example spending recreational time outdoors. These include, but are not limited to, improved psychological well-being, improved physical well-being, improved social and spiritual well-being, reduction of stress , reduction in anxiety, increase in positive brain patterning and meditative brain states, lower frustration, and reduced rumination.
